Reporting to the Clinical Director - Forensic Service, the Clinical Inpatient Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating an interprofessional inpatient team that provides active assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to clients of the Forensic Service. The Manager oversees clinical and operational activities, supports staff development and evidence-based practice implementation, and ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care. Working closely with Professional Practice Leaders and internal and external stakeholders, the Manager contributes to strategic planning, redevelopment initiatives, budget management, and organizational projects. The role promotes a psychologically healthy, safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace while ensuring compliance with all applicable legislative, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
