About the Role:
As a Part-time Physician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality medical care to patients within a clinical setting. Minimum Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine.

- Demonstrated clinical experience in patient care.
- Good standing with the provincial College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications or training in specialized areas such as emergency medicine, geriatrics, or chronic disease management.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in Canadian healthcare settings.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Previous experience in part-time or flexible clinical roles.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical findings and best practice guidelines.
- Prescribe medications and therapies while monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
